In this topic you need to understand how information can improve the quality of decision making and be abale to discuss the different ways to find information.

You should understand that:

  • that accurate, correctly targeted, understandable, complete, relevant, up to date information has user confidence

You also need to understand that there are different ways to find information including: On-line (Internet, Intranet, CD Roms) and non-ICT sources.
