Books and stuff

FatMax is not convinced by the theory that sticking a book under your pillow the night before exams in the hope that some info will seep into your head is a good idea!  Despite this books do still have some uses (other than for propping up tables and throwing at recalcitrant cats). If you buy a book from one of the Amazon links below I get something like 5% of the price which'll be donated to DogsTrust whenever my Amazon earnings ever make it to the magical £25 mark! I don't ENDORSE any of this stuff before you email me to tell me that one of the books listed here isn't very good!

AQA teachers might also like the OCR based resources from Glen Milberry and Steve McWeeney. These resources are highly recommended in OCR circles. Wrong exam board but nobody's perfect!

Help FatMax keep these pages relevant by submitting new book titles/updates here. Submissions from poor independent authors and/or freebies from BIG publishers especially welcome. FatMax has no official association, real or imaginary, with AQA. The only <cough> *reliable* </cough> source of AQA info is www.aqa.org.uk  - they probably have a recommended reading list somewhere or other?? Pics that make FatMax look handsomer than he really is by Adam Kirkton. This page last updated 25/01/07 by the Hound of the d'Urbevilles.
